SIP Trunking

SIP trunking for inbound and outbound business calls

Features

A full call platform

Click-to-Call

Start calls from your CRM or app. Your agent's phone rings first, then the call connects to the customer.

IVR builder

Build phone menus visually: greetings, key-press routing, queues and time-of-day rules.

Ring groups

Ring a team at once or in order, with fallback to voicemail, another group or an outside number.

Call recording

Record inbound and outbound calls and retrieve each recording from its call record.

Live call monitoring

See active calls in real time — who is connected, where and for how long — and step in when needed.

Anti-fraud rules

Velocity limits, spend caps and destination allow/deny lists help stop traffic pumping and runaway costs.

Call reports

Filter and group call records by date, destination or route, then export them for billing.

REST API

Order numbers, start calls and pull call records and balances straight into your own systems.

Use cases

What businesses use it for

Connect your PBX

Link an on-premise or hosted PBX to the public phone network over SIP instead of physical lines.

Contact centres

Handle campaigns and seasonal peaks with metered, unlimited or burst channels.

International calling

Use premium routes where call quality matters most and standard routes where cost matters most.

Calls from your software

Start calls and pull call records from your own systems with Click-to-Call and the REST API.

Getting started

How set-up works

  1. 01Share your PBX or platform, expected concurrent calls and the destinations you call.
  2. 02We agree the channel model — metered, unlimited or burst — and your per-destination rates.
  3. 03Your trunk is set up to authenticate by IP allowlist or SIP username and password, and you place test calls.
  4. 04Point your inbound numbers at the trunk and start sending traffic. Adjust channels and routes as volumes change.

Availability and requirements

  • Outbound rates depend on the destination and route quality. Starting rates are shown here; your per-destination rates come with your quote.
  • Caller ID display follows the rules of each destination country and must use numbers you are entitled to present.
  • Don't assume emergency-number calling is available on the trunk. Confirm it with us for each country before you rely on it.
  • Interconnection details, such as IP addresses and number formats, are confirmed during set-up.
